The Sumida River Fireworks Festival, held on the last Saturday of July, is Tokyo's most famous, oldest, and largest fireworks display. As the surrounding residential areas have lower buildings and the rooftops offer an open view, you can enjoy a partial view of the summer fireworks festival from the rooftop.
