Cancellation policy: cancel 7 or more days before check-in for a full refund. Less than 7 days before check-in, your security deposit is returned in full and 50% of everything else you paid is refunded.

This is a three-story detached villa, and your private room is on the first floor. The villa is nestled in a quiet residential area near Senso-ji Temple, featuring eight bedrooms, six bathrooms, and three distinct living spaces (a living room, a dining room, and a kitchen). From here, it's incredibly convenient to go shopping, savor delicious food, or visit famous attractions. Nearby, you'll find numerous famous shops listed in the Michelin Red Guide, a variety of Japanese izakayas, traditional Japanese dessert shops, Western restaurants, and many long-established local businesses. This area is also a hub for many historic and traditional Japanese culinary delights. You won't just find delicious food here; you'll discover flavors that exceed your wildest expectations! The Sumida River is just a stone's throw away, famous for hosting the largest annual fireworks festival. Our guesthouse is located in Sumida Ward, an area rich in Edo-era cultural charm and the birthplace of the Seven Great Urban Legends of the Edo period. The most renowned attraction, of course, is Senso-ji Temple, often hailed as the temple in Japan most effective in blessing foreign visitors. Both locals and international visitors love to stroll, sightsee, and offer prayers here. Many visitors often purchase Omamori, traditional Japanese amulets, to wish for peace and good fortune. You'll also find shops nearby where you can rent kimonos for memorable photoshoots. Choose your favorite kimono, take a leisurely stroll along the Sumida River, immerse yourself in Edo-era Japanese culture, and savor the unique charm of Tokyo's "Little Kyoto."
