Cancellation policy: cancel 7 or more days before check-in for a full refund. Less than 7 days before check-in, your security deposit is returned in full and 50% of everything else you paid is refunded.

The room is equipped with one 1.4m × 2m double bed, accommodating up to 2 guests, perfect for couples, friends, or short-term stays in Tokyo. Each room features a private bathroom and a kitchenette. The kitchenette is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave, and a small refrigerator to meet your simple cooking needs. The bathroom features a wet/dry separation design for added convenience and comfort during your stay. There are two independent rooms on the first floor which can be booked simultaneously.
