Cancellation policy: cancel 7 or more days before check-in for a full refund. Less than 7 days before check-in, your security deposit is returned in full and 50% of everything else you paid is refunded.

You'll have exclusive use of both the 3rd and 4th floors, meaning no shared areas with other guests. It can accommodate up to 6 guests, perfect for families, friends, and groups staying in Tokyo. The 3rd floor features 2 separate bedrooms, each with a 140x200cm double bed. The 4th floor is a Japanese-style tatami room where 2 sets of Japanese futons can be laid out. The 3rd floor is equipped with a 4-person dining table, a kitchen, a private washing machine, and a spacious wardrobe. The kitchen features an IH induction cooktop, a microwave, and a small refrigerator, perfect for preparing simple meals. The unit includes a circulating heating bathtub, offering both modern Western-style bedrooms and traditional Japanese tatami space. It's ideal for medium to short-term stays and groups. The 2nd floor and the 3rd + 4th floors can be booked together, accommodating a total of up to 12 people. This is perfect for large families, groups of friends, and larger travel parties.
