Cancellation policy: cancel 7 or more days before check-in for a full refund. Less than 7 days before check-in, your security deposit is returned in full and 50% of everything else you paid is refunded.

Facilities and Services
You'll have the entire second floor to yourselves, offering a blend of Japanese style and home comfort. It can accommodate up to 6 guests, making it perfect for families, friends, and group trips to Tokyo. The apartment features a separate Japanese-style room (washitsu) with 3 sets of Japanese futons. The living room is furnished with a 140x200cm double bed and a 120x170cm sofa bed. You'll find a 4-person dining table, generous storage space, and a mini-kitchen. The kitchen is equipped with an IH induction cooktop, a microwave, and a small refrigerator, perfect for preparing simple meals. The second and third floors can be booked together to accommodate a total of up to 12 guests, ideal for large families, groups of friends, or multiple travelers.
